Ascension :
Spiritual emergence, an evolution of consciousness, expansion of awareness, a state of realizing one's purpose as a spiritual being that having an experience in physical manifestation as a human being, awakening of the human heart, spirit, and inner wisdom - the evolution process of human consciousness and the planet itself.

this is my journal...
1. Sleep Patterns : It is pure random at night time, and yeah.. i do sleep really late (around 4-7 AM) i only sleep at daylight if i were sick or in urgent need of being 'ground' it only lasts for about 1-2 hours though. my sleep requirements have changed.
2. Emotional Rollercoaster : Sentimentality, Anger, Sorrow, Happiness, Laughter, extreme full ranges of emotions which is really draining.
3. Connection to nature : For the past years i developed a special feelings and attractions with the radiant of sun, flowers, grass, sky, the colours - the shape, gemstones, the stars, and the period of the moon. Animals, especially dogs i always love em :)
4. Random Patterns in social activity : Contemplation, solitary and solitude from others (social). not that im an anti-social person :)
5. A sudden disappearance : Friends, loved ones, habits, hobbies, residences, and surroundings, it feels like the vibrations and frequencies are now 'different'
6. Night sweats, Hot flashes : whenever the residue and negativity got burned, my body starts to heating up.
7. Mutational symptoms of flu, headaches, rashes, muscle and joint aches, blurry visions, and sometimes chest pains.
8. Self communicating in form of meditation, contemplative thoughts, heightened sensitivity and intuition.
9. Lucid dreaming and astral projection.
10. Pineal and pituitary glands activation.
11. Less connected with the opinions of others.
12. Ancient knowledges are floating suddenly : tarots, norse rune alphabets, sacred geometry, wisdom of the stars, reiki, prana. It all comes suddenly, in one package.
13. Metaphysical journey : Negativity, Positivity.
12. Resonancies : Schumann resonances, the earth voices.
13. Spirituality not 'Religion'
14. Synchronicity - 11:11, 2:34, 3:33. 1:11, 00:00 a signals, light and electricity bulbings for no apparent reasons
15. Intuition, solemn heart voices.
16. Physical manifestations : materiality gains (money) no need to search for it, it always come whenever i need it.
17. Delegations and Leadership : i do manage my own business for now (restaurants, gold tradings, and assets management) it serves as the wheel for my ideas, goodwill and manifestations of human needs. the good and bad things are because of the Ascension process of course i do need lots of people to help me, the realizations are the employees and workers that helps the money to find it ways to me. 3 Assistants and 6 Employees (shopclerk, driver, and chef). It is the universe that realizes my dreams :)
18. Sudden appearances of peoples 'strangers'
19. Periodically changes in weight.
20. Food intolerances and allergies.
21. Enchanced senses of smell and taste.
22. Power surges, inexplicably feelings of cold and heat.
23. Looking younger, many new peoples think that im still at 20, unfortunately i am 27 this year :)
24. Feeling lighter.
25. Random Patterns regarding lifestyle, yeah ive got many masks now.. way too many... :)
26. A perception of time - it is accelerating.
27. Impatience.
28. A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelations.
29. Play, play, and play..! life is all about to play :D
30. A polarity mindset.
31. A rapid pace, everything happens so fast.
32. Invisible presences.
33. Increased integrity.
34. Harmony with seasons and cycles. The sun, the stars, phase of the moon, a stronger connection to the earth.
35. Communication with spirits, channeling.
36. Moments of joy and bliss.
37. Memory lapses, inability to focus, feeling of spaciness, impatience with linear forms of communication, being scattered.
38. Left brain fogginess.
39. Dizziness.
40. Heart palpitations.
41. Faster hair and nail growth.
42. Memories surface, suppressed memories images of past lives and parallel lives.
43. Quicker manifestations, including negative ones though :(
